Item 8.01 Other Events.
On May 21, 2015, Gilla Inc. (“Gilla” or the “Company”) announced that it had entered into a three month contract with Emerging Markets Consulting, LLC (“EMC”) to provide investor relations services. EMC specializes in supporting small and midcap companies gain exposure with individual investors.
A copy of such press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
