Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.  

On May 21, 2015, GelTech Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) approved an amendment to the Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) of Mr. Peter Cordani, the Company's Founder, acting Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer, to extend the term of the Agreement an additional four years (now expiring October 1, 2020).
