Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
Georgia Power Company (“Georgia Power”) held its annual meeting of common shareholders and preferred shareholders on May 20, 2015. At such meeting, the board of directors was reelected in its entirety. Georgia Power did not solicit proxies with respect to this meeting.
