First Amendment to the Employment Agreement of Thomas M. Vertin
On May 20, 2015, Pacific Mercantile Bank (the “Company”) entered into the First Amendment to the Employment Agreement of Thomas M. Vertin, the Company's President of Commercial Banking (the “Amendment”). The Amendment provides for a one year extension of Mr. Vertin's current three-year term, effective September 24, 2015.
