Discretionary Bonus Awards for Named Executive Officers
On May 15, 2015, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Dorian LPG Ltd. (the "Company") approved discretionary cash bonus payments to John Hadjipateras, John Lycouris and Theodore B. Young in the amounts of $688,000, $338,000 and $300,000, respectively, in recognition of their contributions to the Company's performance for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2015. These awards will be recognized as compensation expense in the Company's financial results for the current fiscal year.
