Item 8.01 Other Items.
On May 21, 2015, Amarantus Bioscience Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has entered into a clinical trial agreement with Chiltern International (Chiltern), a leading global contract research organization (CRO), to manage the clinical research and monitoring program services for the Phase 2b study of eltoprazine in Parkinson's disease levodopa-induced dyskinesia (PD-LID). A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
