Item 2.02 Announces Distribution of $0.33 Per Share For Second Quarter 2015 and Results of Annual Stockholder Meeting.
On May 20, 2015 the registrant issued a press release announcing a distribution of $0.33 per share for second quarter 2015 and results of annual stockholder meeting. The text of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
