Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 20 and 21, 2015, one or more representatives of American Midstream Partners, LP are meeting with analysts and investors attending the 2015 NAPTP MLP Annual Investor Conference being held in Orlando, Florida. A copy of the presentation to be used in the meetings is included as Exhibit 99.1.
