Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year
On May 18, 2015, the Board of Directors approved amended Bylaws for the Company pursuant to Section .02 of the original Bylaws for the Company. The Board of Directors concluded that this amendment was necessary to be consistent with its recent incorporation post-conversion in Maryland.
