Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(b) C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. (Nasdaq: CHRW) announced that, on May 15, 2015, Mike Short, 45, had been named President of its Global Forwarding division, effective immediately.
Short replaces Stéphane Rambaud, the former President of C.H. Robinson’s Global Forwarding division. Rambaud’s final day of employment at C.H. Robinson was May 15, 2015.
A copy of the press release issued by the company in connection with the above is attached as exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated by reference herein.
