Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On May 18, 2015, Air Industries Group (“the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2015. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.The Company will host a conference call covering its first quarter 2015 financial results at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Tuesday, May 19, 2015. See Exhibit 99.1 for information concerning dial-in access.
