Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 14, 2015, State National Companies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting the Company’s financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and will be posted on the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website at http://ir.statenational.com.
