Item 8.01 Other Events.
On May 13, 2015, Strategic Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company closed on the acquisition of the Four Seasons Austin hotel for $197 million. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
