On May 13, 2015 PAR Technology Corporation (the “Company”) filed additional definitive materials supplementing its definitive Proxy Statement filed on April 17, 2015 providing details in connection with the nomination by the Board of Cynthia A. Russo to stand for election as an independent director to PAR’s Board of Directors at the 2015 Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on May 28, 2014.
The related press release dated May 14, 2015 is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report.
