Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On May 13, 2015, Goodman Networks Incorporated (the “Company”), issued its earnings release covering operating results for the three months ended March 31, 2015. The earnings release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
