Item 2.02 Results of Operation and Financial Condition
On May 13, 2015, JetPay Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference in its entirety.
