(b) On May 7, 2015, the Board of Directors of Ameriana Bancorp (the “Company”), the holding company for Ameriana Bank (the “Bank”), was informed of the death of Director Donald C. Danielson. Mr. Danielson had served as a director of the Bank since 1971 and a director of the Company since its formation in 1990.
