Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 12, 2015, Opower, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for its fiscal first quarter ended March 31, 2015. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
