Under Option 3 CLIN 0004, the option exercise date is hereby changed from 15 January 2015 to 15 October 2015 and the period of performance is changed from 15 January 2015 through 18 September 2015 to 15 October 2015 through 15 February 2017, all at no additional cost to the Government.
