Item 5.07  Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

 

Ecolab’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders was held on May 7, 2015.  A copy of the News Release issued by Ecolab in connection with this report under Item 5.07 is attached as Exhibit (99.1).

 

At the meeting, 88% of the outstanding shares of our voting shares were represented in person or by proxy.  The first proposal voted upon was the election of 16 Directors for a one-year term ending at the annual meeting in 2016.
