On May 1, 2015, Jeffrey M. Buczek resigned as a Vice President of Engineering of Triton Emission Solutions Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Buczek’s resignation was not due to, and was not caused by, in whole or in part, any disagreement with the Company, whether related to the Company’s operations, policies, practices or otherwise. Mr. Buczek continues to be employed by the Company as Product Manager.
