LISSOME TRADE CORP.
NOTES TO THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
MARCH 31, 2015
(Unaudited)
NOTE 1 - BASIS OF PRESENTATION
Organization and Description of Business
LISSOME TRADE CORP. (the Company) was incorporated in Nevada on May 9, 2014.
The accompanying unaudited interim financial statements have been prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America and the rules of the Securities and Exchange Commission, and should be read in conjunction with the Companys audited annual financial statements and notes. In the opinion of management, all adjustments, consisting of normal reoccurring adjustments, necessary for a fair presentation of financial position and the results of operations for the interim periods present have been reflected herein. The results of operation for interim periods are not necessarily indicative of the results to be expected for the full year.
Going Concern
The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which assumes the Company will be able to realize its assets and discharge its liabilities in the normal course of business for the foreseeable future. The Company has incurred a loss since Inception (May 9, 2014) resulting in an accumulated deficit of $18,439 as of March 31, 2015 and further losses are anticipated in the development of its business. Accordingly, there is substantial doubt about the Companys ability to continue as a going concern.
The ability to continue as a going concern is dependent upon the Company generating profitable operations in the future and/or to obtain the necessary financing to meet its obligations and repay its liabilities arising from normal business operations when they come due. Management intends to finance operating costs over the next twelve months with existing cash on hand and loans from directors and/or private placement of common stock.
Development Stage Company
The Company is a development stage company as defined by section 915-10-20 of the FASB Accounting Standards Codification. The Company is devoting substantially all of its efforts on establishing the business and its planned principal operations have not commenced. All losses accumulated since inception have been considered as part of the Company's development stage activities.
The Company has elected to adopt early application of Accounting Standards Update No. 2014-10, Development Stage Entities (Topic 915): Elimination of Certain Financial Reporting Requirements. Upon adoption, the Company no longer presents or discloses inception-to-date information and other remaining disclosure requirements of Topic 915.
NOTE 2 RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS
As of March 31, 2015, a Director had advance to us an amount of $3,542 by way of loan. The loan is non-interest bearing, due upon demand and unsecured.

ITEM 2. MANAGEMENT'S DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS OF FINANCIAL CONDITION AND RESULTS OF OPERATION
General
Lissome Trade Corp. was incorporated in the State of Nevada on May 9, 2014. We were formed to engage in the distribution of metal cookware made from stainless steel from China to the markets of Europe and Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries. We focus solely on the goods produced in China because today about 70% of manufacturing companies importing tableware to all the countries of the world are located in China. The delivery will be made to both retail chains and wholesale companies (companies-dealers, distributors). We have concluded an agreement with Chaon Chances Stainless Steel Products Factory, China for distribution of its cookware and kitchenware.

RESULTS OF OPERATION
We are a development stage company with limited operations. As of March 31, 2015, we had total assets of $22,503 and total liabilities of $8,642. Since our inception to March 31, 2015, we have accumulated a deficit of $18,439. We anticipate that we will continue to incur substantial losses in the next 12 months. Our financial statements have been prepared assuming that we will continue as a going concern. We expect we will require additional capital to meet our long term operating requirements. We expect to raise additional capital through, among other things, the sale of equity or debt securities.
Three Month Period Ended March 31, 2015
Our net loss for the Three month period ended March 31, 2015 was $8,764. During the Three month period ended March 31, 2015, we have not generated any revenue.
The weighted average number of shares outstanding was 7,384,111 for the Three month period ended March 31, 2015.
Six Month Period Ended March 31, 2015
Our net loss for the Six month period ended March 31, 2015 was $17,960. During the Six month period ended March 31, 2015, we have not generated any revenue.
The weighted average number of shares outstanding was 7,189,945 for the Six month period ended March 31, 2015.
LIQUIDITY AND CAPITAL RESOURCES
As of March 31, 2015
As of March 31, 2015, our current assets were $22,503 compared to $7,063 in current assets at September 30, 2014. As of March 31, 2015, our current liabilities were $8,642. Current liabilities were comprised of $3,542 in loan from shareholder, $5,000 in deferred revenue and $100 in accounts payable.
Stockholders equity increased from $6,521 as of September 30, 2014 to $13,861 as of March 31, 2015.

9 | Page
Cash Flows from Financing Activities
We have financed our operations primarily from either advancements or the issuance of equity and debt instruments. For the Six month period ended March 31, 2015, net cash provided by financing activities was $28,300, consisting of $25,300 from proceeds from issuance of common stock and $3,000 from loan from shareholder.
PLAN OF OPERATION AND FUNDING
We expect that working capital requirements will continue to be funded through a combination of our existing funds and further issuances of securities. Our working capital requirements are expected to increase in line with the growth of our business.
Existing working capital, further advances and debt instruments, and anticipated cash flow are expected to be adequate to fund our operations over the next twelve months. We have no lines of credit or other bank financing arrangements. Generally, we have financed operations to date through the proceeds of the private placement of equity and debt instruments. In connection with our business plan, management anticipates additional increases in operating expenses and capital expenditures relating to: (i) acquisition of inventory; (ii) developmental expenses associated with a start-up business; and (iii) marketing expenses. We intend to finance these expenses with further issuances of securities, and debt issuances. Thereafter, we expect we will need to raise additional capital and generate revenues to meet long-term operating requirements. Additional issuances of equity or convertible debt securities will result in dilution to our current shareholders. Further, such securities might have rights, preferences or privileges senior to our common stock. Additional financing may not be available upon acceptable terms, or at all. If adequate funds are not available or are not available on acceptable terms, we may not be able to take advantage of prospective new business endeavors or opportunities, which could significantly and materially restrict our business operations.
OFF-BALANCE SHEET ARRANGEMENTS
As of the date of this Quarterly Report, we do not have any off-balance sheet arrangements that have or are reasonably likely to have a current or future effect on our financial condition, changes in financial condition, revenues or expenses, results of operations, liquidity, capital expenditures or capital resources that are material to investors.
GOING CONCERN
The independent auditors' report accompanying our September 30, 2014 financial statements contained an explanatory paragraph expressing substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern. The financial statements have been prepared "assuming that we will continue as a going concern," which contemplates that we will realize our assets and satisfy our liabilities and commitments in the ordinary course of business.
ITEM 3. QUANTITATIVE AND QUALITATIVE DISCLOSURES ABOUT MARKET RISK.
No report required.

ITEM 4. CONTROLS AND PROCEDURES
Our management is responsible for establishing and maintaining a system of disclosure controls and procedures (as defined in Rule 13a-15(e) and 15d-15(e) under the Exchange Act) that is designed to ensure that information required to be disclosed by us in the reports that we file or submit under the Exchange Act is recorded, processed, summarized and reported, within the time periods specified in the Commissions rules and forms.
