Notice of Earnings Call
On May 1, 2015, CNL Lifestyle Properties, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the full redemption of its 7.250% Senior Notes due in 2019. A copy of the Company’s notice of redemption is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
