Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On May 5, 2015, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Cambium Learning, Group, Inc. (the "Company") approved a merit increase of $20,000 for John Campbell, Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Campbell's new annual base salary of $395,000 will be effective beginning April 1, 2015.
