Appointment of Jason Ausher as Chief Accounting Officer
On May 5, 2015, the Company appointed Jason Ausher, 41, as the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer, effective May 15, 2015. Mr. Ausher joined the Company in July 2008 as the Controller. He was promoted to Vice President Treasurer, Corporate Development in June 2011.
The particulars of Mr. Ausher’s employment arrangements in his new role are still being finalized. An amendment to this Current Report will be filed with additional information required under Item 5.02.
Appointment of Gregory Leiter as Chief Information Officer
Gregory Leiter has accepted a position as the Company’s Chief Information Officer, effective May 15, 2015. He will cease to perform the duties of Chief Accounting Officer in connection with the transition to his new position and Mr. Ausher’s appointment.
