On May 2, 2015, MarkWest Energy Partners, L.P. (the “Partnership”) announced the retirement of Randy S. Nickerson as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of the Partnership and its subsidiaries and affiliates, effective as of January 31, 2016, or such earlier date that may be mutually agreed upon by the Partnership and Mr. Nickerson. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
