CenterState Banks, Inc. Increases Quarterly Dividend

The Board of Directors of CenterState Banks, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSFL) declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.02 per share.  The dividend, which is double the dividend from the prior quarter, is payable on June 30, 2015 to shareholders of record as of June 15, 2015.
