Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On April 30, 2015, Robert Sheroff, our Vice President, Technical Operations and one of our named executive officers, informed Fibrocell Science, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign effective June 1, 2015. Mr. Sheroff’s resignation did not result from any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. The Company and Mr. Sheroff may enter into a consulting agreement in the future.
