Results of Operations and Financial Condition. |
On April 30, 2015, FS Investment Corporation III announced that it will host a conference call at 1:30 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Monday, May 18, 2015, to discuss its first quarter 2015 results. A copy of the press release announcing the conference call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
