Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 30, 2015, Chesapeake Lodging Trust issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2015. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated by reference herein.
