Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 29, 2015, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it corrected the outlook for cash flow from operations it provided for the Company’s first quarter 2015 earnings release. The cash flow from operations range provided in the earnings release excluded expected vacation ownership investment in inventory. It did not include the expected vacation ownership investment in inventory as previously stated.
The press release regarding the correction to outlook for cash flow from operations provided for the Company’s first quarter 2015 earnings release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
