OTHER EVENTS

As previously disclosed, on February 11, 2015 the landlord for the Company’s former office space located at 2400 East Commercial Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304 filed a motion for summary judgment in connection with the Company’s failure to comply with the lease terms.  On April 22, 2015 the motion for unpaid rent, recovery of abated rents and tenant improvements and attorney’s costs was granted by the Circuit Court for the 17^th Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County.   As previously disclosed, the Company has accrued the full amount of rent and attorney costs in its December 31, 2014 audited financial statements.
