On April 28, 2015, Ms. Ching-Fen Huang tendered her resignation as director of the Company for personal reasons. Her resignation is not in connection with any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practice. On April 28, 2015, the Board of Director of the Company resolved to accept Ms. Huang’s resignation, effective immediately.
