On
April 29, 2015, Marine Products Corporation issued a press release titled, “Marine Products Corporation Announces
Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend.” The press release announced that the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly
cash dividend of $0.04 to be payable June 10, 2015 to common stockholders of record at the close of business on May 8,
2015.
