Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 29, 2015, Linn Energy, LLC (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its earnings for the quarter ended March 31, 2015, and its updated outlook for the remainder of the year. The press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
