Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On April 29, 2015, EP Energy Corporation (“EP Energy”), the parent of EP Energy LLC (the “Registrant”), issued a press release announcing its financial and operating results for the quarter ended March 31, 2015. EP Energy will hold a webcast conference call on April 30, 2015 to discuss those results. A copy of EP Energy’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated into this Item 2.02 by reference.
