Item 5.03. Amendment to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On April 24, 2015, Brista Corp. (the “Company”) filed a Certificate of Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation with the Secretary of State of Nevada to change the name of the Company to MyDx, Inc.
