On April 22, 2015, the Board of Directors of Asure Software, Inc. (the "Company"), approved a change of duties and responsibilities for Michael Kinney, Vice President of Sales, to become the Company’s Senior Vice President of Global Sales Enablement. He will be focused on global sales enablement, which involves developing the tools, processes and programs needed to train and support the sales teams.
