AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. Announces

Quarterly Dividend of $0.20 Per Share

 

LEAWOOD, KANSAS - (April 28, 2015) — AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. (“AMC” or “the Company”), one of the world’s leading theatrical exhibition companies and an industry leader in innovation and operational excellence, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend for the quarter ended March 31, 2015, of $0.20 per share on shares of Class A and Class B common stock, its fifth dividend since the Company’s initial public offering. The dividend is payable in cash on June 22, 2015 to shareholders of record on June 8, 2015.
