Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On April 23, 2015, DeVry Education Group Inc. (“DeVry Group”) held a conference call to discuss DeVry Group’s financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2015. A transcript of the call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
