On April 24, 2015, Toys “R” Us, Inc. (the “Company”) provided audited consolidated financial statements for its wholly-owned subsidiary Toys “R” Us - Delaware, Inc. (“Toys-Delaware”) (the “Toys-Delaware Consolidated Financial Statements”) as required under certain credit agreements and indentures. The information provided includes:
• | Consolidated Statements of Operations for fiscal years ended January 31, 2015, February 1, 2014 and February 2, 2013; |
• | Consolidated Statements of Comprehensive (Loss) Income for fiscal years ended January 31, 2015, February 1, 2014 and February 2, 2013; |
