On April 21, 2015, Stephen Glick, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Lime Energy, Inc. (the “Company”), advised the Company that he will not seek re-election to the Board when his term expires at the Company’s 2015 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.  Mr. Glick’s decision not to stand for re-election to the Board did not involve any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
