Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 24, 2015, IMS Health Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015. A copy of this press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02.
