Item 8.01. Other Events.
In a press release issued on April 24, 2015, President James M. Gasior announced that the Board of Directors of Cortland Bancorp (the "Company") has declared a dividend of $0.06. The dividend is payable on or after June 1, 2015 to shareholders of record as of May 12, 2015. The press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8K.
