Other Events.
|
On April 21, 2015, GenCorp Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that effective April 27, 2015, the Company’s name will change to “Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings, Inc.” and the trading symbol of the Company’s common stock on the New York Stock Exchange will change from “GY” to “AJRD,” upon the commencement of trading on April 27, 2015. Stockholders will not need to exchange their stock certificates in connection with the change of the Company’s name or trading symbol. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
