Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders
The Company held its annual meeting of shareholders on April 23, 2015. Matters voted upon were: (1) election of three Class I directors; (2) ratification of the Board’s appointment of KPMG LLP as the Company’s independent auditors for 2015; and (3) advisory approval of the Company’s executive compensation regarding the Company’s named executive officers.
The final results of voting for each of the matters submitted to the shareholders are as follows:
