On April 17, 2015, Patricia M. McBratney notified CyrusOne Inc., a Maryland corporation (the "Company"), that, effective May 15, 2015, she will resign as the Company's Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. Ms. McBratney will continue to serve in such capacity until such date, including for purposes of quarterly filings. The Company has initiated a search for a new Chief Accounting Officer.
