Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
The St. Joe Company (the "Company") announced that the 2015 Annual Meeting of Shareholders of the Company (the "Annual Meeting") would be held on June 30, 2015. The Company will separately send "Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials" to shareholders of record on the approved record date, providing the proxy materials and annual report via the Internet, and providing a printed set of these materials by mail to any shareholder who requests them.
