On April 22, 2015, Alliance Bancorp, Inc. of Pennsylvania (the "Company") announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on the common stock of the Company of $.06 per share, payable on May 22, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 8, 2015.
