On April 21, 2015, Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust (the “Company”) announced its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2015. A copy of the Company’s April 21, 2015 press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 8-K. A copy of the Company’s Quarterly Financial and Operating Supplement Package is available on the Company's corporate website at www.rgpt.com.
